I love cemeteries. I suspect it is because my mother grew up across the street from one. She used to play softball in the cemetery. Her family was buried there, as it was a pioneer cemetery in Portland, Oregon. So on vacations we often would walk through old cemeteries reading the inscriptions. My favorite US cemetery is in the California gold country where miners were buried. My favorite Mexican cemetery is Romerillo. I love the doors on the graves. Thanks for the memory.
