Beautifully hand-carved jicara gourd cuff from Pinotepa de Don Luis, Oaxaca, in the coastal highlands above the Pacific Ocean. Here, craftsmen grow, harvest, dry, paint, and carve fanciful designs depicting the flora and fauna of the region. This one features birds and flowers in a rich sienna color. Because this is handmade, you may find some hardly noticeable imperfections in the carving. Diameter is 2-1/2″ — size small.  Fits a 5-1/4″ to 5-1/2″ wrist.
